The following extracts have come from our Guest Booklet

Our very first guests were  Gene and Allison USA  – We arrived as strangers but I feel we are leaving friends – Your generosity and warmth and hospitality are outstanding. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Vicki & John – Queensland –  Very comfortable – better than any motels we have stayed at – Just like being part of the family with warm generous hosts.

Eileen, Frank and Daniel – Canberra – a very big thank you to Carol and Allen for making our stay at Bromeliad a warm and memorable one.

Heng Wee, Ivena & Natalie – Singapore – We felt we were putting up at a friends home!  Everyone here is so warm, so friendly.  Thank you for inviting us to your nephew’s birthday party – we had such fun particularly Natalie! Do come and visit us in Singapore and we will play host this time.

Chris and Claudea – USA –  Working in Oz, Wow what a relief after our vacation!  The Breakfasts are wonderful, especially the homemade jam and Mango.  Carol & the whole family helped us find a Doctor in town- we had such a strange holiday before we arrived here – I ended up with an infedted scrape on my leg and spent 5 days in a remote hospital.  By the time we made it back to Darwin and to the Bromeliad we were a bit of a mess. After such a big ordeal, we felt like we were coming home.

Nancy & Gordon – England-  What a welcome from Carol, Geoff and Allen. As comparative learners at the hospitality game they are doing very very well.  Having run a Guesthouse in Cornwall for over 30 years we have some idea as to what is required.  Even after they found out we were POMS they still spoke kindly to us and were very helpful.  Congratulations on your accreditation well deserved and we wish you the very best for the future.

Lex and Richard – Queensland – Our stay has been very good, we have enjoyed the atmosphere, the food has been excellent and special for disabled people and been sopt on.

Alan & Janine, NSW, – This has been an “outback” experience -.  A B&B with a difference, made welcome and excellent breakfast.  We wish you all the best for the future.

Phyllis – WA – Wonderful experience – saved us from sleeping under a bridge Very friendly and homely rooms are very well thought out – Highly recommended.

Lucia Timor Leste – After 5 months (in Timor Leste working for an Aid organisation)  to stay with Carol Geoff and Allen at Bromeliad B& B, comfy bed, great bathroom, abundant food at breakfast and warm hospitality = Thank you for the opportunity to share with you.

John & Beth Manchester.  What a welcome!  It’s home from home – we’ve made real friends.  Great Room (First Class Bed!!), tasty and colourful breakfast, marvellous company you’re now part of our memories!

(Beth)  I had a fantastic stay at Bromeliad, such lovely clean accommodation, and very welcoming and kind hosts.  I realy enjoyed the breakfast spread and delicions coffees.  I’ll spread the word, thanks guys.

Aggie and Bill USA –  It has been such a pleasure,  From the time we arrived the hospitality has been far to none.  Carol, Geoff and Allen could not do enough from information about the area to fishing and the wonderful breakfast every morning.  The rest or our trip would be very hard to find such a great stay.  You have set the standards very high you will be missed.  Thank you to each of you, everyone here works as such a great group.

Craig and Diane – Western Australia –  Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!  We have felt very much at home and have enjoyed your wonderful breakfasts!  You have put a lot of thought and effort into your facilities and they are great. We have really appreciated the use of the pool each day to relax and cool down after a hard day “adverturing”!  Your local knowledge has also been extremely valuable.  Thank you all.

John Australia – Enjoyed my stay, nice people, nice place, Thank you.

Bonnie USA,  This experience has been so delightful, I was welcomed as family, immersed in Aboriginal information, taken about town and treated as if a princess.  Breakfast was an experience of glorious tastes and pleasures.  Thank you for all your love and support.
